What we need from you
It is very difficult for us to build secure trading with processors unless we know the market supply. By informing us of your fattening programme we can map out the demand and supply of meat. By keeping in touch with us you will maximise your return by hitting the market at the best spec and the best price.
We work on trust in our relationships, both with farmers and processors. By keeping in touch with us and giving us plenty of notice, we can secure a better market for you. And to be absolutely certain of achieving an even better price we ask you to only sell animals that will meet the right grade. You risk being penalised if your animals do not met R4L (beef) or R3L (lamb)
