This year CalOrg joined forces with Scott Country Lamb, Buccleuch Farmers, Lothian Lamb, Galloway Lamb and Ayrshire Lamb to combine our efforts in marketing prime organic and non-organic Scotch beef and lamb. We retain our own identity and have control over the strategic direction of CalOrg whilst gaining economies of scale through a wider marketing approach. Farm Stock are protective of organic status and will do their utmost to get the best price for the right grade of carcass.
