Oriel Jones in Wales process organic cull ewes. However due to the time of year this market is on hold. However be patient and Scottish Organic producers will once again be able to access the market. They are currently paying 100p/kg DCW for any type or grade of ewe. This market will be paying better after the new year.
The organic cull cow market is now estabilished.
Prices are currently around base of £2.15/kg.
